Rotary Club of Flint and Holywell was chartered on April 16th 1956. With 32 current members we meet regularly on a Monday night at the Springfield Hotel Near Holywell. Our diverse range of members vary from local businessmen to professionals and we pride ourselves in using this diversity to lead and assist in projects that include:
- Providing aid to areas of disaster such as Haiti and Pakistan through the purchase of “Shelterbox” survival boxes.
- Addressing child literacy both at home and abroad through the provision of books to Ugandan Schools and dictionaries for local Junior school leavers.
- Helping individuals or groups in the local community who require our help and support, including; The young, the old and projects – educational, charitable, environmental and humanitarian.
