Rotarian Paul Islip recently completed his 25th – yes 25th – triathlon – Alcatraz Prison site in San Francisco Bay – completing his fantastic effort in just over 4 hours and in so doing raised £6500 for Hope House / Ty Gobaith ( a hospice service specifically for children) in the process.
